Restricting addresses to cities or radius from a center point

I know there is a way to restrict generated addresses to a state. Would it be possible to also implement that with cities in a state as well?

I’m looking for this feature as well - or at least to restrict addresses to a specific list of City(ies) or Postal Code(s)
