The ICD10 (Health) Proc Long and Short produce quotes on schema generation only when commas present. Flip the preview into CSV mode and you should see around 5% of values (ie generated text without commas) don’t have quotes.
This is awkward to deal with on subsequent uploads on some systems (even SQL Server, without fiddling around with SSIS) - is there a way to force it to use quotes (even if no commas in text) as I would have thought that would be standard?
