Lost my SIlver Plan which has not expired

I’m on the Silver Plan until May 2021 but I didn’t want to get re-billed. There was no way to opt out of the re-billing except to click on the Downgrade option, which I did, but now my SIlver Plan is gone as well! Please help!

Not sure what happened there but I’ve restored your account to Silver status and set it to automatically downgrade to free at the end of one year.
