I was attempting to write/create a new support ticket into mockaroo and am continuing to see see a “SUBMIT” error on the ticket. This is from the “?” question mark dropdown and it’s the last item called “Contact Support”
After submitting the ticket (over multiple times), there’s a top banner pop-up saying:
“An error ocurred while attempting to submit your request. Please try again later”
It looks like a spelling error too in the message – occurred should have 2 c’s in it
Please look into this soon – I’m guessing you don’t want support tickets/requests to show up in the community forum
