I paid for a Silver tier and expected to be able to use it until it ran out. The invoice states that my invoice is from the time I paid until a year out. The instructions say that if you don’t want to renew, you can go into your account and change your subscription - this is what I did because I don’t foresee needing it more than a year. It’s set me back at free (expected) and won’t let me use my Silver features until expiration (not expected). I have a feeling the only way to fix this is by contacting support, but I’m doing my due diligence as a user to see if anyone else has had this issue and if there are any other things I might try to resolve this from the UI.
